- Application of cash receipts related to relocation service transactions 
- Work closely with Collections, Billing and Client Services to ensure timely processing of cash applications, including reversals, corrections and research
- Research and resolution of unidentified, unapplied and on account cash receipts
- Processing of refunds for duplicate or erroneous payments
- Other related duties as assigned

Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
- High proficiency in Microsoft environment, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications
- Solid organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Able to handle multiple tasks successfully
- Team player


Preferred: 
- 1-2 years accounting experience, preferably accounts receivable
- Experience with title companies, home closings, mortgages and escrows
- Associates Degree
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financial Suite Applications

Required:
- Strong math aptitude and 10-key proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
