To qualify, you will need: 
High school diploma/equivalent (some college preferred) 
At least 2 years in a high volume service environment 
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Strong analytical and organizational skills 
Ability to work 10 am - 6:10 pm shift
