Under general supervision, the associate performs complex clerical duties in the Accounting area. Prepares accounting documents and codes regular entries for distribution to accounts. Checks, posts and reconciles specific account information. May investigate questionable entries/transactions to resolve issues about data, and recommends remedial measures and makes adjustments when necessary.
Specifically, the associate will adjust deposit data received from the bank so the billing system reflects correct client information so the premium dollars can be applied to the insured's account accurately and timely. The Accounting associate will complete deposits or remove money and prepare vouchers for cash related activity. They will maintain logs to record deposit adjustment activity. The associate will assist in completing documentation on their processes.

Banking and accounting knowledge
Knowledge of Group Insurance billing systems (focus inititally on LTC systems - ID3, IMAC, Inspro)
