Incumbents are responsible for handling the most complex manual calculations using raw data components based on plan provisions and IRS and DOL regulations. Typically have at least 5 years of DB experience, and provide the highest level technical support on the complexities/components of manual calculation processing. Possess high level ability to review and interpret plan documents and have very strong math, analytical, and communication skills. Incumbents typically have strong statistics/mathematics background, and may be pursuing actuarial studies. Also participates in department level projects on a fairly regular basis (e.g., reviewing regulatory/legislative changes that impact the business and working to develop necessary changes to departmental workflow).
•College degree or equivalent pension experience. 
•At least 3 years of DB Experience preferred.

•Experience creating, updating and utilizing EXCEL spreadsheets with formulas.
•Word Processing knowledge.
•Solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex, technical information in a simple, clear and concise manner.

•Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
•Ability to work in a sensitive, confidential and client focused environment.
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
