The Case Installation Specialist, (Jr. Technical Analyst), position involves the implementation of data management procedures for new Prudential Retirement Services institutional clients as it relates to payroll processing and conversion of participant records. 

 

The Jr. Technical Analyst is responsible for the set-up of participant accounts on the Omni recordkeeping system.  This role focuses on the asset transfer and reconciliation as well as transaction processing and requires extensive partnering with various internal partners as well as with clients and other recordkeepers.  The payroll set-up involves direct interaction with the client and/or payroll vendor and includes a rigorous testing plan prior to implementation.  The jr. technical analyst position requires adherence to deadlines and will be expected to work on several new plans at any given time.  This role is also responsible for plan deconversions.   Responsibilities also include maintaining  proficiency in IBM’s Time Sharing Option (TSO), SIP2000, Microsoft Excel and Access and other software as needed.

Skills Required:

 

Prefer College Degree and equivalent Client Service and Operation experience in a fast-paced environment.

 

Financial industry experience preferred

 

Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other integrated computer systems is required.

 

Computer proficient with IBM’s Time Sharing Option (TSO) and  SIP2000 is a plus.

 

Experience with Omni, Onyx, SIP, ECI and DPA is preferred (minimum 2 years). 

 

Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills desired.

 

Attention to detail and excellent organization skills is required. 

 

Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to multi-task. 

 

Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with other areas

 

Ability to work independently
