Responsible for managing all operational and financial results as well as other aspects of outsourced Third Party Administration (TPA) vendor relationships. Direct the process analysis, design or redesign of multiple, integrated work flows and process issues to ensure processes are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient. Design cohesive set of solutions to be utilized in complex, unstructured environments. Develop TPA operations to support business opportunities beyond current in-house processing and servicing capabilities, including the management and implementation of new products and services through the TPA. Leads projects and may supervise a staff of specialists in support of the TPA operations. Possess broad knowledge of business' functions and processes, as well as sound business/industry knowledge. Responsible for all aspects of systems, business and process as related to the overall policy administration through a TPA.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant business experience, is required.

- Minimum of 10 years direct experience leading a Financial Service’s Operation or similar experience overseeing Operations being performed by a vendor.

- Proven understanding of, and ability to manage to, operational controls and metrics.

- General knowledge of Life Insurance industry regulations and requirements.

- Experienced in designing proposals, including the financial impact.

- Proven ability to understand contractual terms and conditions and ability to relate to the oversight of day-to-day operations.

- Possesses Implementation and Project Management skills.

- Able to collaborate across business functions to implement and oversee the processes performed by the TPA.
