Institutional Investment Products (IIP) is responsible for investment, product and risk management for over $85 billion of spread and fee-based insurance products. The Sr. Financial Analysis Associate will be part of the IIP Strategy & Planning Team and be responsible for reporting and data management. As part of the Strategy & Planning Team, the Sr. Financial Analysis Associate will be exposed to all aspects of the IIP business.

The position involves:
· Consolidating IIP product financial information for monthly reporting
· Producing a monthly report that reflects current status of different business groups within IIP
· Updating product fact sheets for quarterly client reporting purposes
· Updating product marketing pieces with relevant data for the Sales Support Team
· Managing portfolio-related data for IIP
· Managing other IIP data and producing ad-hoc reporting as needed

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
· Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful reports
· Attention to detail
· Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word); familiarity with Access is a plus
· Extremely motivated and flexible
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
· Ability to communicate with all levels, verbally and in writing
· Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Course-work in Economics, Accounting, Investment Analysis, Finance and/or Marketing is a plus.
· Fixed income and/or retirement market/product knowledge a plus
· Ability to work some overtime is needed
