We currently have an opening for a Defined Contribution/Benefit Associate within our Operations Team. In this fascinating position, you'll be responsible for accurate and timely completion of various transactions such as loans, rollovers, beneficiary transfers and payments, and distribution maintenance.

To be considered, you'll need:

-College degree preferred
-At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume transaction environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Computer proficiency (MS Windows) and fast typing ability
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Related financial industry experience a plus
