•Professionally consult and negotiate with various levels of management and business clients to determine true training priorities and needs.

•Professionally consult with legal, regulatory, compliance, and other technical experts to understand and validate the technical content of a prescribed training intervention.

•Skillfully conducting needs analysis with a goal of designing, developing, delivering and evaluating business curriculums within CLIENT SERVICES.

•Effectively use the principles of project management methodology to execute on large scale training initiatives.

•Effectively combine instructional design methodology and adult learning principles to implement training interventions that maximize employee development and job performance.

•Effectively use trend analysis and finding root-cause methodology to provide the basis for concrete data that will close skill and service gaps for CLIENT SERVICES clients.

•Effectively use Quality Assurance data in order to maximize the targeted goals of the training intervention which further improves employee performance.

•Effectively incorporate into instructional design the CLIENT SERVICES business industry knowledge pertaining to operational risk, internal and external audit findings, and other global issues across CLIENT SERVICES.

•Using a partnership approach, seek to leverage best practices with like service providers and learning and development professionals in order to capitalize on performance improvement.

•Adhering to the highest standard of quality ensure that all materials designed and developed are without intentional error, have met with compliance approval, and are CLIENT SERVICES branded.

•Using business intelligence and proficiency level targets to develop workforce competency levels and performance behaviors in order to help the business attain their goals.
•4 Year college degree or associates degree and /or equivalent work experience
•CPLP Designation – Certified Professional in Learning and Performance preferred
•Solid experience in the Financial Industry and or Retirement Plans desired
•Corporate and or Professional Skills Training preferred
•Very strong organizational skills - ability to multi task effectively in a fast paced environment and professionally meet aggressive deadlines
•Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail, format, and grammar.
•Very strong verbal communication and presentation skills
•Strong interpersonal skills – ability to demonstrate flexibility and versatility
•Excellent consulting skills with emphasis on negotiation and influencing
•Project Management background very helpful
•Technical Writing – design and development very helpful
•Registered Rep Requirements – Series 6, 63, or 7
