· Provide prompt, professional and reliable service to clients concerning a variety of issues
· Identify educational opportunities for the Education & Enrollment (E&E) team members in NJ while servicing the existing book of accounts.
· Support the State of NJ E&E team to increase account retention & enhance participant outcomes by providing a high level of customer service, information and education to participants
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify opportunities through interactions with participants
• Identify and research client issues as needed
• Work closely with NJ participants and NJ E&E team members
• Series 6, 63 and Life & Health licenses required at or within 120 days of employment.
• Solid knowledge of investment products, defined contribution plans, distribution processes, and compliance regulations.
• BA/BS or College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Superior research and issue resolution skills.
• Self-motivated and solid team player
