PRICING ANALYST
On a daily basis, processing the following functions:
·Input and verify daily unit values for DC and DB investments
·Dividend and accrual tracking, scheduling, and processing.
·Perform Investment set-ups to the recordkeeping system.
·Prepare stock splits and other corporate action tracking, scheduling, and processing.
·Process separate account pool changes.
·Loan Interest Rate Resets/Interest Rate resets/updates for all guaranteed products.
·Review and creation of various Pricing Team reports.
·All processing is done for both VISION (the Defined Contribution Recordkeeping System) and BPAS (Benefit Plan Administration System – the Non-Qualified Plans Recordkeeping System).
Skills Required

·Excellent communication and analytical skills.

·Solid PC skills, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

·Detail oriented and meticulous with respect to all processing due to the financial impact that can result in a Pricing Team error.  Even the smallest of error could result in a significant financial impact to Prudential.  

·Capable of working to meet deadlines.

·Capable of working on projects in conjunction with production work. 
 
·After being fully trained, work well independently, as well as in a team environment.  Functions will include processing and quality reviewing since everything gets reviewed before processing.  The individual must be able to accept their work being reviewed and also reviewing other’s work.     			

Other Requirements:
·Core hours will be a rotating shift between 6 individuals consisting of the following shift times:
o7:00 A.M. to 3:10 P.M. (Optional)
o7:30 A.M. to 3:40 P.M. 
o8:00 A.M. to 4:10 P.M.
o8:30 A.M. to 4:40 P.M. 
o9:00 A.M. to 5:10 P.M.
o12:00 P.M. to 8:10 P.M.

·Individual must be flexible with regard to the shifts.  
·Shift differential is paid to the 8:10 shift. 
·Overtime is required at peak times (month-end, quarter-end, year-end, heavy dividend and pool changes dates, etc.)  Overtime will sometimes be needed on short notice.  Short notice can the same day.   An example is if working the late shift and feeds are delayed from other financial institutions it is mandatory that you stay until everything is completed for the day.
