Prudential Trust Company (Pru Trust) was incorporated on November 5, 1981 under the laws of Pennsylvania and is located at Prudential Retirement’s operations center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Prudential Trust Company is a state chartered trust company and is regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. Since its inception, Pru Trust has been dedicated to serving the institutional trust needs of Prudential Financial’s retirement and employee benefit plan clients. Pru Trust is governed by a five-member Board of Directors and served by approximately 50 officers, including key executives from the Prudential Financial enterprise. 

This a part time job sharing position for 20 hours per week. The duties of the position will include a combination of administrative support and technical trust administration responsibilities reporting to the Vice President and Chief Trust Officer of Prudential Trust Company located in Scranton, PA. Duties will include the following: Daily and monthly reports; logging of trust and legal agreements; data entry utilizing spreadsheets; inputting, filing, and tracking the flow of documents; sorting mail, faxing, tracking vouchers, and ordering supplies. Communication with brokers, attorneys, clients, and executives of Prudential Retirement.
Minimum Qualifications: 

1 year of experience within Prudential Retirement and knowledge of investment products a strong plus.

Some college education preferred. 

Client services experience a plus. 

Must be flexible and a quick learner. 

Strong Excel and Word skills are required. 

Strong oral and written communication skills are required. 

Detail oriented 

Chosen candidate will be working a 20-hour workweek, working preferably a 1pm-5pm schedule Monday through Friday.
