This opening is within Prudential Retirement’s E-Commerce Team.  In this role the candidate is responsible for overseeing daily transmissions to and from Prudential Retirement Services and its clients.  Duties include trouble shooting aborted files sent by clients and responding to internal and external clients questions/issues related to system set up and data issues.  Responsible for supporting internal applications such as the Internet Contribution Center (ICC), VDES (Vision Data Entry Spreadsheet), Enhanced Client Interface (ECI) and the Participant Transaction Center.
Job Requirements:


 -Ideal candidate should have two years of Prudential Retirement Experience and be comfortable with Software applications.

-Degree or 2 years of transaction processing experience in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is critical.

-Must have strong organizational and communication skills

-Computer proficient with intermediate skills in Word and Excel (must be able to create spreadsheets using some advanced functions)

-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully partner with other areas

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must
